Key card

Every signal this platform can send you, and what each one means.

Praxis is the orchestration layer for digital operations. It connects the systems you already run — starting with WordPress — and holds the canonical content model that AI, search, and every future channel work from. Your systems of record stay exactly where they are.

What follows is not a feature tour. It is the board’s legend: the complete vocabulary of a surface built for one question, asked every morning — what needs me right now?

01

Colour means one thing

Urgency, and nothing else. No brand accent, no coloured status pills, no charts tinted for variety.

Acuity — the only thing that carries colour
nothing

Clear

No mark at all. Most rows, most of the time — and the reason an escalation is visible from across a room.

Worth knowing about, not worth stopping for. Drifting, ageing, or approaching a limit.

Act now

Act now

Waiting on a person. Nothing in the platform will resolve it on its own.

AI draft awaiting review · generation failed

Blocked

Blocked

Cannot proceed without intervention, and not by an editorial decision.

dependency down · allowance spent

This is the whole discipline. Because a calm row spends no colour, a single escalation is legible from across a room — and a quiet morning is visibly, honestly quiet rather than a wall of green ticks reassuring you about nothing.

02

What a good morning looks like

The same board, two mornings. Nothing was hidden to make the first one calm.

Where everything came from

You are accountable for knowing whether a person or a model wrote something. So it is always on the row.

Provenance — carried by form, never hue
WordPress

Mirrored from WordPress

Authored in WordPress and projected here. Your editors keep the tool they know.

Praxis

Authored in Praxis

Written here, with no external system involved. WordPress is optional, not required.

AI draft

Drafted by a model

A dashed border and a broken rule, because the thing is not finished. Always a draft; never published without a person.

None of these spends a colour. Provenance matters, but urgency matters more, and a system that tints both makes you work out which one is shouting.

04

What it actually connects

Built and working today. Nothing here is a roadmap item wearing a present tense.

WordPress

Two-way, signed, and self-repairing

Editors keep WordPress. Changes arrive here over a signed webhook within seconds, and a scheduled reconcile compares content hashes to repair anything a webhook missed.

AI

Drafting, summarising, alt text

Every request is metered: tokens, cost, latency, model, and the exact prompt version that produced it. Generated articles always land as drafts.

provider-agnostic · runs with no API key against a local provider

Search

Full text with type-ahead

Published content, indexed off the request path so a search outage can never fail a publish. The index is a projection and can be rebuilt from scratch at any time.

per-tenant isolation enforced in the query, not by convention

Events

A real bus, not a queue in disguise

State changes are written to a transactional outbox in the same commit, then published. Nothing is lost if the broker happens to be down at the moment something changes.

at-least-once delivery · idempotent consumers

Metering started with the very first request rather than at some later billing milestone, because usage history cannot be backfilled. Each row records its prompt version too — so when someone says the output got worse last week, that is an answerable question.

Status

Praxis is an original project under active development. There are no customers, no case studies, and no production deployments to cite, so this page cites none. Every figure shown above is labelled demonstration data, and every capability described is one the platform performs today.
